Eric McCoy is an associate attorney at CFWW+G, principally practicing in the firm’s municipal, employment, and litigation practice groups. He represents clients in matters ranging from real estate tax issues, to advising on procurement and other municipal issues.
Prior to joining CFWW+G, Eric was an Assistant County Solicitor at a Pennsylvania County.
A 2019 graduate of the William and Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law, Eric served as an Articles Editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Review. During his final two years of law school, Eric served with various municipal legal departments.
Eric is a proud alumni of The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology with a Minor in History. Eric is also an alumni of Penn-Trafford High School where he participated in marching band and school theatrical productions.
Eric is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny Bar Association, and resides locally.
